Sadly, this retaliation culminated in his forced removal from his Fort Bliss barracks room and his subsequent violent murder. He was declared deceased in April 2024 by the U.S. Government.
Richard's body remains missing, a testament to the sacrifices made in the pursuit of truth and accountability.
